Our Cosi Espresso starts with Brazil beans, but the process doesn't stop at roasting. We let the freshly roasted coffee de-gas for several days before it hits the bar — a small but meaningful step that allows for a smoother, richer extraction. The result is a bold, aged espresso with depth and character that shines in any drink.
